Returns & Exchanges

Got the wrong size or don't like the fit? No problem - just return it! If you would like to return a TAMGA item, please make sure:

  1. It's been 30 days or less since your purchase;
  2. Item is unworn and unwashed;
  3. Item is in new condition / as received; and
  4. Items is with all original tags still attached. 

TAMGA cannot issue refund/exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase. If your TAMGA garment is worn, washed, damaged or the tags have been removed, TAMGA cannot accept your return. If your item arrives in faulty condition, please contact us immediately.

All sale items are final and are not elgible for a refund/exchange. 

TAMGA offers FREE returns within North America, and easy returns internationally. Check out the step-by-step guide below and you’ll have your return processed in no time!

U.S. and Canada Returns:

  1. Email us at hello@tamgadesigns.com - be sure to write “Return” in the subject line, and include your order number in the email.
  2. A TAMGA tribe member will reply with a pre-paid return shipping label.
  3. You fill out the return shipping label, and drop off the package at the nearest USPS or Canada Post location.
  4. If your returned item is approved, TAMGA will issue an exchange/refund. A refund will be processed to the original method of payment (credit card or PayPal). Please note, your refund may take a few days to process by your bank. 

International Returns:

  1. Email us at hello@tamgadesigns.com - be sure to write “Return” in the subject line, and include your order number in the email.
  2. A TAMGA tribe member will send you instructions on how to send the package (please note that international return shipping costs are not covered by TAMGA).


If you are shipping outside of Canada/USA, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
