Gorgeous, would be perfect if I was just a bit taller!

I'm a US 6 and purchased a M which fit perfectly. It skims my body nicely, I just feel like the open back gapes and would be better if the opening was a bit smaller or if I was a little taller. I'm 5'7 for reference. Otherwise a stunning dress in a lightweight fabric I can't wait to wear this summer!
